Youth Mental Health First Aid –

12 hours (2 days)

Youth MHFA is an internationally recognised course designed specifically for those people that live with, work with or care for young people aged 11 - 18.

MHFA England has adapted the course to be specific for those in England.

The course provides information and training to promote a young person's mental and emotional wellbeing and to enable participants to support a young person who might be experiencing mental and emotional distress.

The course includes areas such as Substance Misuse, Eating Disorders, Bullying and Self-Harm. 

Note: For MHFA and Youth MHFA, participants need to attend both days to receive a certificate from National Institute for Mental Health in England.

Cost: £110 plus vat per person
