Our food and nutrition staff work closely with the physical activities team, making these sessions incredibly flexible, evolving and participative.
- We listen to our members and work alongside them to meet their individual needs. By doing this there's something for everyone
- You can come along, work out, pick up a recipe, get weighed (optional) and chat about your progress, with support from each other and our staff
- We offer cookery demonstrations as part of Slim with Gym
It's entirely up to you - there's no pressure to do everything!
