The Expo Chef- David Hall visited the Health Resource Centre and demonstrated quick and easy healthy eating to a sizeable crowd of interested residents of the area.
Several people took part in the demonstrations and there was a tasting session after the demonstration. Everyone agreed that the food tasted great!
One mum volunteered to make home-made burgers in a"hands on" demonstration with David. She said:
" It's the first time I've done proper cooking from scratch, I'm never buying frozen again, I had no idea they were so easy,cheap and quick to make, and it's a lot of fun. I'm going to buy the fresh ingredients and get my kids involved" |
